Government bodies fed up handling people cheating and illegal cases have now routed tough measures to make them pay for it!

The Ranchi urban development department had come up to a decision to impose a fine of Rs 2,000 per day on the property owners who have failed to register their properties.

The same was being discussed to be implemented after the decisions taken in winter session meeting. Now, the fine has been mandated in Ranchi.

The government had spread enough awareness alerting all the property buyers to clear transactions related to property registrations.

However, people never paid any response o this awareness and this annoyed the government to impose such a hefty penalty on them.

According to the recent survey, Ranchi city alone has more than 50 percent of the flats unregistered which is intern bringing in huge loss for government revenue.
