Apartments left unsold!
Apartment rates in the Vijayawada have dropped down completely. The raise in land rates have resulted in the realty sales drop down completely.
According to the recent survey, around 2000 apartments is remaining unsold in the city outskirts also.
Due to this apartment sale fall, the construction activities have been stopped completely. This has resulted in the economic slowdown in the city.
