Be cautious over false promises made by developers!
It is nothing new when we hear about builder making promises and not delivering the flats on time.
Many private developers in Gurgaon are known to make false promises worrying many property buyers.
To keep this in check, Town and Country Planning Department has recently put forward a notice to caution buyers against developers promising possession dates of projects and apartments before its launch.
It has also been cited that action will be taken against those developers who gives fake promises.
Furthermore, a list of such developers who have rights to develop high rises have been made public.
