No Comments Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: Feb 16, 2012

In a spree to save the park located at Shanti Nagar in Chromepet in Chennai, residents have started guarding the place against some encroachers.

The land which is an open reservation space (OSR) will be used to build a park by the Pallavaram municipality.

Shanthi Nagar Residents Welfare Association has decided to save the land from a group of people who have demolished a part of the park and consider themselves to be the owner of the land.

As per records, the land belongs to Shanthi Nagar Residents’ Welfare Association and a false title has been issued for the land to the owner of the group.
