Residential projects by Olympia Group
The Olympia Group, a Chennai based realty company recently launched Olympia Grande on the Grand Southern Trunk road at Pallavaram in Chennai.
As a part of gated community, apartments here will be spread in 17 blocks of 11-floor towers.
Olympia Grande is a premium residential project comprising around 780 2 and 3 BHK apartments with the prices ranging from Rs 50 to 75 lakhs for a unit.
Also, the highlight of the project is that it is registered with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as a ‘green home‘.
The Olympia Group will be launching more luxury residential project of 400 apartments and villas, Opaline Sequel with 750 units and apartment project in the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) with 1,200 apartments.
According to the Olympia group experts this financial year approximately 3 million square feet of residential and commercial launches are in the pipeline.
