Gurgaon township maintenance handed over to Ansal API
The responsibility of taking over the maintenance of two townships Sushant Lok (Phase-1) and Palam Vihar has been handed over to Ansal API.
The Haryana government who owns these two lands has asked a realty major Ansal API to take care of this township spread across 600 acres each in Gurgaon.
Also, there are plans of the developer to cease charge maintenance charges from residents and all the civic problems to be addressed by the state government agencies only if agreed by the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) or HUDA.
