Real estate projects need additional permission

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) notified that any residential and commercial projects near Arthur Road Jail must obtain clearance permission from the central jail.
Accepting the necessity of safety and security, the builders expressed their concern in additional delay in projects.
The real estate industry thinks that the government is making the processes more complicated day by day.
The builders in Mumbai also think that the corruption will increase behind the new permission. And the cost of projects will increase for that.
