Property rates reaching astronomical figures
The property rates in India seems to be hitting the astronomical figures in Indore city.
This has been proved same when the district-level evaluation committee has kept forward hike in government rates.
Upto 400 percent rate hike can be expected and the proposed collector guidelines will be released in public domain from March 1st week.
Follow up to this public suggestions will be taken up for 10 days.
Also, the higher district committee officials will be providing inputs for the guidelines.
