Real estate projects in Noida
Amrapali is going to launch two new projects in Noida. It is reported that Rs 225 Crore investment will be made by ICICI Prudential AMC and IL&FS Investment Managers (IIM) for this upcoming project in Noida.
Rs. 150 Crores investment will be done by ICICI Prudential AMC’s domestic fund for the Silicon City Project in Noida.
On the other side IL&FS Investment Managers planned to invest Rs. 75 Crore on the upcoming project Princely Estate from Amrapali.
Amrapali is planning to utilize the funds for the construction of the two projects as well as they also want to use few amount to reduce the debts.
