CWG village apartment owner have to wait
As Emaar – MGF Land limited failed to clear the pending dues as per the assessment order given to them, it will be another waiting for the apartment owners of CWG Village.
The total pending dues is Rs. 314 crores including the interest and penalty of the previous dues.
However according to an official of Emaar-MGF they does not have any liabilities pending as VAT is not applicable on sale of apartments.
Before there was a complication in getting the completion certificate for the flats, as according to DDR the builders has exceeded the stipulated the floor area ratio.
However the Delhi High Court ordered DDR to provide the completion certificate for 20 towers, which are ready to occupy.
