Petition of World Spa residents against builder rejected

World Spa residents who had filed a petition against the builder has been rejected.
The petition was filed questioning the maintenance provided by the builder to the project.
Now, The World Spa Apartment Owners Association (TWSAOA) is collecting maintenance charges as against builder.
So, the builder wants to refrain the resident body to do so.
Now, the city court has dismissed the residents’ plea.
