Real estate of Maharashtra disappointed by state budget
The home buyers as well as the builders are disappointed by the proposals of the state budget of Maharashtra.
The price of real estate properties were increased several times in past one year. The increased rate of home loans also added burden on the home buyers.
Now the latest announcement of imposing additional 5% stamp duty on transaction of immovable properties will act as a catalyst for the hike in property price.
The builders are very much unhappy from the budget as there is no proposal to help the real estate sector.
The builders association of Maharashtra wants to make the approval process faster as well as some reduction in stamp duty and VAT from the construction material.
