It is a common to see the sale agreement made between a home buyer and a builder are mostly one sided agreement.
According to most of the sale agreement any failure by a home buyer would lead to penal interest or even cancellation of the agreement.
On the other hand it is common to see that there is no such penal clause against the builders if they fail to keep the proposals.
It is very necessary to prepare a bill to protect the home buyers as they are the ultimate paying bodies.
