New sub-station for Kondli residents
Chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Monday laid the foundation stone for the 51st sub-station at Kondli in Mayur Vihar Phase-3.
This grid sub-station is likely to provide relief to over a lakh consumers in Mayur Vihar Phase-3 with an initial capacity of 50 MVA, which can be upgraded to 75 MVA depending on the area’s load requirement.
The new sub-station will benefit over 60 apartment complexes in the area, including Vasundhara Enclave, Dharamshilla Hospital, East End Apartments, Shahid Raj Guru Women’s Applied Science College, Agarsen College and two Metro stations, among others. Also a newly-built 1,400 DDA flats here will also be benefited.
