Relief from illegal hoardings soon

Illegal hoardingsSeveral citizens have complained about the illegal hoardings which was put up by various political parties in Mumbai. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has started to take actions against the hoardings after they received complaints from the citizens.

BMC chief, Sitaram Kunte ordered employees to crack down the illegal hoardings. The hoardings, whoch include the death anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar and the death of Sena supremo Bal Thackeray were plastered all over the city.

Kunte asked the civic body to submit a report after the action taken. The BMC also got political nod to remove the hoardings as both the death anniversaries are over. To keep the city clean, the Mayor, Sunil Prabhu has asked the Shiv Sainiks to start removing the illegal banners and hoardings.

Illegal hoardings were plastered in the entire area and the residents want that the civic body to take strict action against the defaulters.
