MCD Responsible for the Tardy Roads in New Delhi

Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been annually payed for conversion and parking charges by the people. People of New Delhi are voicing out since MCD has shown slow working statistics on the infrastructure in Delhi. A BJP councilor from Kalkaji Khabinder Singh reported saying that certain roads have been blocked and the residents should avoid using those roads. Since three years there is hardly any repair work taken place and also the roads hardly repaired.
Yogender Chandolia, chairman of MCD‘s standing committee reported saying that the agencies are prolonging the work and four road cutting projects are taken up by different agencies and also a combined tender for the restoration work is also declared. The residents across the city are voicing out on the road dug up for taking service lines underground. Residents say that the work got over nearly five months back, but MCD is yet to rebuild the road.
