Top Builders in India offers Discount to their Sales

She also added on saying that KUL has come up with many such offers that include ‘zero percent interest’ and also ‘zero registration fee’ for many of the residential projects. KUL is now offering an interest rate worth 0.25% which has been claimed to be lower than any other developer. The developers across the country tend to face lean season in terms of property sales. The US financial crisis, increasing interest rates for home loans and also inflation are the main reason for the developers offering discounts to increase their sales.
