Haryana Urban Development Authority receives complaints about Water Contamination

The residents belonging to the Gurgaon in Haryana has loged complaints on the water contamination issues in the residential localities to the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA). The residents complain over the uncovered water tanks not being cleaned frequently resulting in the health hazards increasing rapidly. Henceforth the residents are pressurising the Residents Welfare Association (RWA) to take immediate measures.
The Basai Water Treatment Plant supplies the water to the over head tanks. One of the resident belonging to this area reported over this issue saying that the rain water enters carrying all the insects and resulting in them using contaminated water. The officials have never taken the issue seriously even after lodging frequent complaints. However the HUDA officials claimed to have said that they never recieved complaint over this issue and only now that they are aware of this issues in the residential areas, they have come forward to do the needful to the residents.
