Legal action and Heavy Penalties to be levied on Hyderabad Unauthorized Buildings

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is on a high alert and are busy on the thorough check over the prevalence of unauthorized buildings in Hyderabad. Commissioner M.T. Krishna Babu reported over the same issue saying that they are ahead to stop spread of unauthorized buildings that are still under construction. He also said that there is individual inspection arranged for all the buildings and the builders have already been sent a word about them submitting proper land, construction and NOC certificates. If and only the documents are updated, the buildings will be granted permission to carry on the construction work.
The town planing staffs have been appointed to take initiative of the building regulations. It was a shameful act held up by few of the town planing committee members for not taking legal actions for the recently traced unauthorized buildings in the city. The town planing committee reported saying that they cannot be watch dogs all 24 hours round the clock instead the builders should take initiative of analyzing their work and be truthful under the eye of law. The  unauthorized buildings which will be traced from now onwards will have bear the burn of legal action and heavy penalties levied on them.
