Unitech to launch Residential Project in Gurgaon
There’s good news for property seekers in Gurgaon. Unitech has issued a statement that it is all set to launch its residential apartments in the city. “Crestview Apartments” which will come up in sector 70. The project will be launched as a part of Wildflower Country,a 100-acre township which is developed by Unitech. Crestview will offer two- and three-bedroom apartment ranging from 925- 1,402 square feet and the price of the apartments will be tagged around Rs 65 lakh and Rs 73 lakh, respectively. It will be a thirteen storey and each floor will possess four units. The project will spread across seven acres of land.
However the prices are bound to fluctuate when other charges like government charges, statutory charges, car-parking etc will be considered.The apartments will be equipped with the luxurious amenities like imported marble flooring in living and dining rooms. Also there will be split air-conditioning in all the rooms.The project offers social infrastructure and amenities such as shopping area, daily needs kiosk, bank with ATM, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting, and provision for public transportation area such as taxi stand. The company expects to generate booking of Rs 400 crore from the Crestview Apartments over two months.
