With the launch of Namma Metro all over the city, home buyers and realtors in the city are busy calculating capital to be fetched for their property.
Meanwhile the industry experts say that it is too early to decide the price hike of property rates as the proper impact of the metro is said to be known in future only.
Also they suggest the property owners to hold on till the metro project is launched all over the city.
However it’s a fact to be believed that, any residential purchase made at present near the metro terminals will be a convenience point of view, rather than for the investment value!
