24-hour helpline service for residents

Navi Mumbai police launched helpline service for solving the problems faced by residents. The 24-hour helpline service is initiated by Navi Mumbai police commissionerate. The residents can use the service in case of problems,accidents, traffic movements, congestion, or for information regarding traffic police service and traffic complaint.

For information regarding the jurisdiction, branches and offices of the Navi Mumbai police, in case of emergencies or for providing information on daily incidents, residents can call the police helpline number, 77 3836 3836. For senior citizens, women and children for solving the same problems call the police helpline number 1800 200 2122. For accidents, traffic movements, congestion, or for information regarding traffic police service, traffic complaints and for contact numbers of traffic police officers, residents can call 77 3839 3839.

Navi Mumbai police appeal to  residents to cooperate  for the proper implementation of this plan. People can contact any time and helpline service is available for 24-hour.

    sir, 0n 25.04.2011 at 1745hrs at vashi railway station just opp to Raguheela mull an girl, age around 12 yrs was dadly assaulted by women constable because she was not coming in a police vehicle, not able to tell her name and address properly , it was revealed that this missing child was found roming at Vashi railway station by the worker , later on she was taken in a polce vehicle along with those people who tried to help her . but such rude act by ladies constable assulting an missing girl child created a sceen . it is for ur information.
