Ahmedabad Fresh Plan Execution for Solid Waste Management
Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is fed up with the prevailing condition of its city wherein, garbage is dumped on all the city roads in Ahmedabad. The city has lost its beauty with improper maintenance of the solid waste management. Henceforth AMC has penned a master plan for proper maintenance of solid waste management in the city, this is also for the welfare of better tomorrow.
A non-profit organization has been appointed to take initiative of this plan wherein, they collected information from civic authorities and also AMC officials. Solid Waste Management (SWM) prevailing situations are first said to be analyzed and later on area wise the plan will be executed. The governmental and non-governmental organizations are also included in this plan execution. Residents of the city hope to receive the best out of this plan and are in the sense of relief to see their city neat and clean in near future.
