AIPL launches its new residential project in Gurgaon

An NCR-based real estate developer, AIPL (Advanced India Projects)has launched a  residential project in Sector 70A, Gurgaon with an investment of around 600 crore.

The 19 acre project, Christened The Peaceful Homes assures a clear view of the Aravallis comprises of multi-storied premium houses.

The project offers around 400 units of 2, 3 and 4 BHKs and the size varies from 1565 sq ft to 2925 sq ft. It has penthouses also. The price is Rs. 6750 per sq ft.

It is well connected with NH-8, southern periphery road and also in the vicinity of Golf Course Extension.

The project offers features such as 100 percent power backup, 24/7 treated water supply, air-conditioned lift lobbies in all the towers, clubhouse with open-air LED screen, WI-FI enabled landscape with laptop charging sockets and also provides option to charge electric vehicles.

The project has been designed keeping in mind the seismic situation of zone-IV as stipulated by the BIS codes. It has rainwater harvesting structures with 100 percent groundwater recharge and reuse of treated water for flushing and landscaping. It has a separate solid waste management system of its own. Also has a superior system of collection and transportation of waste with maximum recycling of used water.

Sanjay Sachdeva, executive director of AIPL believes on professional attitude in real estate business. He challenges other competitors in the field stating that they concentrate on delivering quality projects on time. He claims the company to be a debt-free company and the source of fund is through internal accruals. Almost 70 percent of the project has already been booked, he reveals. The maintenance work is done by themselves to give full satisfaction to the users.

The company also offers a compensation of Rs. 5 per sq ft per month in case of any delay in delivery. Rs. 7.5 per sq ft up to 12 months delay, and Rs. 10 per sq ft if the delay is more than a 12 months.

The AIPL was established in 1991. Till date, it has delivered 47 projects in commercial, retail, residential and business centre. The company was the first to establish Bharti Walmart store in Amritsar and also has a joint-venture partnership with CapitaMalls Asia, Singapore to build and maintain malls across northern India.

It also has a Joint-venture with Ambuja Realty to develop premium townships under a brand name as DreamCity.
