Archean group launches first residential project
Chennai- Archean Design & Development (ADD) has launched its first residential apartment project” Albatross” at Egattur.
ADD is a recently established real estate arm of Archean Group which initially focused on granite exports.

This first residential project in Chennai is just opposite to the Sipcot Siruseri IT park on OMR ,Chennai’s IT corridor. This newly launched residential project in Chennai will offer 537 apartments spread over 8.35 acres with four towers.
