BBMP scam now at Karnataka High Court
A notice was ordered to be issues by the Karnataka High Court recently in concern with the PIL and a multi-crore scam in the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
The division bench at high court received hardly 153 files out of 10,109 work files of the BBMP. Midst these 153 files, a scam worth Rs 1540 crore was traced!
These 153 files scam comes under the three divisions of Malleswaram, Gandhinagar and Rajarajeshwarinagar in Bangalore during the BBMP’s reign from year 2008 to 2011.
Now the court authorities are sure to end up receiving scam data crossing 2G figures comprising of entire 29 engineering divisions in the city.
One on one cases and Public Interest Litigation (PIL) booked on namma BBMP in a slow pace is coming into limelight.
Well! our high court judges are yet to discover and reveal them all. Hope there is an end to all these for a healthy community living.
