Brys Group, ACC Enter Construction Contract
Realty firm Brys Group has entered into a Rs 330-crore construction contract with UAE-based Arabian Construction Company (ACC). The construction company will develop an 81-storey tower in Noida, part of the 7.5-acre super luxury project being developed on Noida Expressway. 291 flats will be built at an investment of about Rs 850 crore.
Once ACC finishes building the structure of the tower, Brys Group would award them the contract for finishing the work, at a later stage, said Rahul Gaur, Chairman and Managing Director of Brys Group.
The construction of the tower is going to be no mean feat, considering that it will be the tallest residential tower in North India, standing at 292 metres and comprising 81 floors.
Gaur said that the cost of building the tower would come up to about Rs 850 crore. The company will raise this money using bank loans and advances against sales.
Managing Director of ACC India Pvt Ltd, Ani Ray said this project in partnership with Brys Group would be ACC’s fourth project in India, with expertise in constructing high-rise buildings.
While ACC is involved in constructing the tallest residential tower in North India, they’re already occupied with the tough task of constructing the tallest residential building in the whole of India. This is the World One project, which they’re executing jointly with Simplex Infrastructure, for Lodha Developers. The building will have a staggering 117 floors.
Princess Tower in Dubai Marina and Emirates Airlines headquarters are among the feathers in ACC’s construction cap.
