CK Shah moved to court against Gaekwad Family

In less than a year of amicably resolving the property dispute within family members, the Royal Gaekwad Family of Baroda is once again faced with legal battle over some of its property. Vadodara-based realtor CK Shah has moved the Gujarat High Court against Sangramsinh Gaekwad and family, the heir of erstwhile king of Baroda, for not honouring the agreement regarding development of some of the properties and sale of one of the palaces in Vadodara.

The property problems have been rising these days which lead to battling over it in court. Recently the Royal Gaekwad Family of Baroda has faced a similar problem which has leaded them to resolve it in the court. The realtor CK Shah has gone to the Gujarat High Court with a claim that the royal family has been involved in some of the properties that it has not honoured some of the agreements that was exchanged in between the realtor and the family.

The details will be analysed by the court following which the decisions will be taken. This might take some time before its gets sorted.
