Corruption in Mumbai road works contracts seems to be never ending
Nowhere has the footsteps of corruption left unattended, in Mumbai road works corruption is protruding its roots and seems to be never ending. The road contractors are seemed to be laying roads midst potholes prevailing which is left unattended since ages. Nearly 550 new minor roads in the city have unattended potholes. South of Mumbai on the other way is facing acute power shortage also midst it receiving continuous rainfall.
The Bombay High Court (BHC) admitted saying Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is playing around with the cities developmental works. Justice Savant of BHC reported over this issue saying that they are aware of the bad act upheld by the municipal officials, however they are not in a position to breach or file a legal complaint.
