Court goes against setup of CNG station at Rose Garden
Residents of Sector 15-I, Gurgaon have a reason to make merry!
A CNG station was proposed to be constructed on the land of Rose Garden, to which the residents had protested.
A measure of half an acre of the garden’s land was to be used for the construction work. For this purpose, about 55 trees had to be destroyed.
The mentioned land was being allotted by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) to the Haryana City Gas Distribution Limited (HCGDL) for setting up a CNG plant.
