Delhi in a glee with commence of its first Automated Multi-Level Parking

Finally Delhi is flying high in a glee with its inauguration of the city’s first automated multi-level parking. This parking facilitates space for more than 824 cars and parking will now be a hassle-free affair. The commuters are expected to leave their vehicles at the basement and through pallet technology, the vehicle will be lifted and parked at a place of vacancy. This automated parking is named as ‘South Square’, has been constructed at Sarojini Nagar at New Delhi.

To ease congestion on the roads and by-lanes of the busy market areas, the automated parking is said to be constructed. The construction giant DLF in collaboration with New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has raised this parking facility in the walled city with estimated budget of Rs.80 crores. ‘South Square’ an automated multi-level parking comprises of seven floors of total parking area space, meanwhile the first two floors are dedicated for commercial outlets and restaurants.
