Delhi & NCR: ‘Pratham Heights’ project in muddy waters: Police searches for the M.D

On Wednesday, the Noida authority lodged an FIR against the real estate firm Pratham Builders under the sections of fraud, illegal use of government land and sand mining at Sector 58 police station. On Wednesday, the Noida police arrested eight people, who were found illegally mining sand on its project site at Sector 122. They were allegedly constructing a building on Noida authority’s land.

The firm had announced a residential project ‘Pratham Heights-eight’ at Sector 122. Now the realtors are in deep trouble as these legal hassles have spread a bad word in the market for their project.

Penal action was initiated after a complaint was lodged by the NOIDA authority.When police reached the spot, it found construction going on in full swing on the disputed land. However the police has not been able to arrest the managing director of the real estate firm, against whom the case has been registered. The search is on and the NOIDA police is hopeful that soon he will be in the police custody.

A complaint was received by Noida Authority that Pratham Builders is involved in digging activity on authority’s land in Sector 121. The police took action immediately and stopped the construction work at the site for the upcoming project Pratham Heights.Police claimed that during initial investigation, wrong doing of builder was unearthed.
