Delhi real estateDelhi being a hub of industries, infrastructure along with the metro connectivity reaching far ends, the real estate market in the sub cities of the capital are developing in a great speed.

Bhartiya Group’s founder and chairman Snehdeep Aggarwal spoke that, in past no body even thought of model or hub, but now developers are talking about developing satellite towns in areas such as Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonepat, Panipat, Noida or Greater Noida, where people will work in Delhi and reside in satellite towns.

The demographic pressure of Delhi has increased due to the large population and to sustain it, the infrastructure should increase hence development of this new structures will draw more avenues for real estate sector in future, claimed by Anuj Choudhary, director, Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Even the hub-and-spoke model network will be convenient for the customers.

Generally, in real estate, the analysis of traffic has a precise timing and required to keep the hub operating continuously. Another way to increase the traffic is to create additional hubs regional basis.

The way model is taking the shape, the infrastructural development for properties in NCR region is going hand in hand. The major problem in NCR region is that, Noida and Ghaziabad are the highly developed whereas Faridabad and Gurgaon are still on the verge of infrastructure development and the development is slow compared to residential housing development.

The growth of real estate, benefits public facilities, safety, accessibility and connectivity, all of which have the potential to boost mass housing schemes in new areas.
