F North ward faces civic issues as BMC fails to notice!
A ward in Mumbai is far from all the basic amenities and issues are falling on deaf ears!
F North Ward, a ward of apartments and slums has been dealing with civic problems and the civic body is yet to act.
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has been updated with the ward’s improper garbage collection and drainage problems but to no avail.
Even residents have sought RTI against the civic body’s work for the same.
The ward consists of areas like Dadar East, Wadala, Koliwada, Matunga, Sion and Antop Hill with a population of 7 lakh.
Apart from garbage and drainage issues, there had been an encroachments by hawkers which bothers the local residents.
