Failure of civic agency annoy residents

In Bangalore, JRD Tata Nagar has a house population of 362 units and the society has spent nearly Rs 18 lakh to construct a water tank.
Also the residents claim to have paid around Rs. 95 lakhs to Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) to provide regular water supply.
All these efforts and expenditures are drained off! Leaving apart the normal water supply, the city civic agency has failed badly even in providing regular drinking water supply.
