Garbage Overflowing Issues in Ranchi
The Ranchi Municipal Corporation saw a flow of complaints over the issue of overflowing garbage in all the areas in the city. The garbage overflow had spread in the city main roads and the bus stations also. The residents of Ranchi complained over this issue and requested the municipal authorities to take immediate clearance action as the festive season is soon arriving. This has lead to the menace of dogs feasting over the leftovers in the garbage and leaving the city untidy. The chaos would be more when the festival processions start by the end of this September, 2011.
RMC PRO, Naresh Prasad Sinha reported saying that they are sterilizing the street dogs and concerned wing has been established by the government to catch hold of the street dogs in all the residential areas. The state government is not at all happy with the way the city is maintained by the municipal commission. Gopalji Tiwari the deputy chief executive officer of RMC reported saying that, complete responsibility is given to the city municipal corporation to clean the overflowing garbages all over the city within the start of festival season. He also reported over the thrash bins overflowing on the city main roads. Additional labourers have been appointed to clean the city at the earliest
