1 Comment Sub Category:Community,Municipality Posted On: Sep 21, 2011

The Gurgaon residents belonging to sector 38 shared their woes with HUDA officials and Badshahpur MLA Rao this week. The residents raised an issue over several things including illegal parking, absence of street lights and very poor maintenance of roads in their locality wherein this locality has nearly 1,300 independent houses. V S Tokas, an office-bearer of the RWA reported saying that it would be very difficult for the commuters of this neighborhood with the absence of the street lights during early morning and late evenings.

He appreciated that the residents drew the official’s attention over the absence of shopping complexes and market place in their locality. However the HUDA officials responded to the residents over this issue saying that the market place would soon come into function once the sector is developed. Also one of the major issue raised over by the residents of this locality was that the slum-dwellers occupying the vacant plots in case of absence of the boundary walls over the plots.

Tulip Builder Group is a fraud.(Tulip Petals ,Sector – 89,Gurgaon)

http://www.tulipgroup.in/ – A legal case has been filed in

Promises are being changed every-time by Tulip office people. Initially it was communicated to me

(by both Site & office people) that at least a month before, they will intimate everyone to check

respective physical flats, &then resolve all major-minor issues before actual possession. But now

they are saying, registration will be done first & then they will handover the keys to us..

After that even if we shout/cry/ discuss within the grp..I don’t think anything will

happen..Anyway, till now except registration charges, they have taken all d amount..
