No Comments Sub Category:Community,Municipality Posted On: Oct 19, 2011

The residents and the industrialists in Haryana are fed up with the never ending power supply issues, meanwhile they have lost hope completely on the electricity board. The power cut span is said to be exceeding more than 18 hours for a single day. Henceforth, the residents have come up with a conclusion to uphold privatization in concern of bringing things back to pace.

Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) director MB Vashishth reported over in the residents views saying that they always encouraged privatization and also it was their agenda, now awareness is being spread about the role play of the privatization to the residents and once approved they are ready to commence the needful to the city.
The record reveals a different color compared to the board official talks. Long back DLF Estate Developers Limited (DEDL) had come forward to take initiative of privatization and they had applied for a power distribution license to the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) as-usual the electricity board rejected the private role as they thought it was all a game about a monopoly.
