High Tech Connection Between Noida And Agra
After the advent of Modi’s rule in our country, India seems to be running rampant with lot of technological projects like mono, metro, expressway, etc. The government also encourages such projects since it is an important milestone in the development of the country’s infrastructure. This calls for a lot of investment from the government’s side; but at the same time, such huge scale projects are the ones that give employment to lot of people and the unemployed youth, thereby reducing the unemployment status. Moreover, these trains also facilitate the ease of trade between areas, cities and sometimes even states, as in this case of mono rail planned between Agra and Noida.
Foundation Stone for Expressway
Uttar Pradesh Government, though corrupt in so many other ways, has readily accepted Modi’s challenge in developing its state by laying the foundation stone for the brand new expressway, its first ever, between Agra and Lucknow. So, basically, it is an intrastate project running within the cities and towns between Agra and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is really bent upon reviving the name of his state after the recent, huge number of mishaps, obviously due to poor governance; and what better than to developing the infrastructure of such a struggling state?!
First Step towards Interstate Connectivity
Recently, a high powered committee convened a meeting in Lucknow to discuss on the current aspects of its state and a decision to take it further through a big step. This meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Alok Ranjan, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and other top officials from Infrastructure and Development team of Uttar Pradesh.
The chief objective of the meeting was to start another technological project, this time, an interstate one, since an intrastate expressway was already under construction and due for opening very soon. Thus, started the birth of the mono rail which would connect the Mahamaya Flyover in Noida and Agra through the Buddh International Circuit and Mathura. The Chief Minister also gave his nod for these envision and it was also decided that the project would be taken over and handled from end to end by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation. One other appealing aspect of this project would be the fact that the entire project would run along the banks of Yamuna, giving the passengers an awe-inspiring view!
