After the completion of the first project connecting Noida and greater Noida, the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) is likely to look at all other projects including metro extension in other areas of Noida, Greater Noida covering the Yamuna Expressway areas. Since Noida Metro Rail Corporation is a new organization and begins in a clean state, all the older announced projects of metro rail connectivity including 3.9-km-long link from Kalindi Kunj in Delhi to Botanical Garden in Noida, and the 6.8-km link from City Centre to Sector 62 in Noida would be completed by the Delhi Metro rail corporation as per earlier announced schedule of the DMRC.
