HiLITE Builders commissions business centre in Kochi
A modern business centre HiLITE Platino in Kochi close to NH Bypass near Vytilla has been commissioned by the Kozhikode-based HiLITE Builders.
The 1.3 lakh sq ft office space offers premium amenities for corporate firms, which is strategically located in the city’s prime commercial location. The project has a total of six floors and a two-tier car parking facility having an investment of 85 crore.
Vinod Paul, Senior Marketing Manager said in a press statement the company, which is attracting numerous corporate companies, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and IT companies in the vicinity, has already commissioned a business park in Kozhikode. He said that the company has plans to set up more projects in the coming years as there is a lack of sophisticated premium business space in Kerala.
The commissioning of the first phase of the 32 lakh sq ft business centre in Kozhikode will be ready by the end of this year; he said adding that there are also plans to set up a shopping mall in Thrissur.
