Hyderabad to witness growth in office space demand: C&W
According to Cushman & Wakefield, Hyderabad is expected to witness a 48 per cent increase in demand for office space compared to last year.
The demand for commercial office space in the city is expected to increase moderately from the next year onwards as the economic conditions improve 2.38 million sq ft of office space has been absorbed for the last eight months of 2012, which is expected to reach 3.5 million sq ft by the end of current year.
Suburban areas like Madhapur and Gachibowli are the most popular commercial office locations with over 60 per cent of total absorption taking place in these areas.
