Inactive sewage lines in Pune
One of the sewage pipelines near Koregaon Park in Pune has been a sense of worry for the residents.
The inactive sewage pipeline was suppose to carry out only waste water for recycling instead the drainage water is getting released in to the rivers in the city.
The residents staying in nearby apartments like; Sunshine Tower, Liberty and Omkar Heights especially who are facing the riverside areas are facing tough time with unmanageable stink from the release of drainage water.
Also, the residents are bothered about the spread of contagious diseases in surrounding area.
On behalf of lodging complaints about this issue to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), there has been hardly any response received form the officials.
