Similarly, residents of Eastern Heights Society in Nyay Khand-III also said that the developer did not accept electricity bills from them after they refused to pay hiked maintenance charges. Although the bill was around Rs 3.40 lakh for the months of September-October, the dues were Rs 2 lakh for the society’s power back-up were also not accepted.
The residents filed a case against the director of VXL Realtors. However, the director of the company said that maintenance dues of around Rs 30 lakh are also pending from residents, but the matters are likely to get solved.
