Ireo launches high rise residential project in Gurgaon
Ireo is coming up with new high rise residential project in Sector 67 Gurgaon. The Ireo Victory project will be spread over 26 acres and comprises of three high rise residential towers and 27 mid rise towers.
The project will have 762 apartments of 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK in simplex, duplex and penthouse formats. The price range starts from Rs 9600 to Rs 10,500 per sq ft.
The main highlights of the projects are the three-side open and villa like apartment with 10 ft high ceiling, spacious balconies, double glazed windows, floor to ceiling windows, modular kitchens, lush landscaping, high speed, high capacity elevators and ample recesses for storage.
This residential project in Gurgaon, will be connected with the south peripheral road and NH 8. The amenities provided inside the project are premium health centers, commercial offices, shopping complexes and education facilities in the vicinity. Also for recreation, they will provide e tennis courts, squash courts, indoor sports facilities, recreation and dining facilities, a gym, and a 3.2 km long dedicated jogging track with distance markers.
It will have proper sewage treatment plant (STP) water purification and also it will have solid waste management plan.
