Mahindra Lifespaces foray into Bengaluru residential market
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of the $16.9 billion Mahindra Group, marked its foray into the Bengaluru market, by announcing the launch of its premium residential project, Windchimes on Bannerghatta Main Road. It is just 1 km from IIM-Bangalore & Fortis Hospital. Mahindra Windchimes is located Opp. BPL Software, Arakere Gate Bus Stop on Bannerghatta Main Road.
Mahindra Windchimes is spread over 5.85 acres and offers luxurious 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK along with spacious facilities of 2 car parking area. There are about 4 towers with 400 units, and divided into 100 units for each tower and the size ranges from 1800 square feet to 3200 square feet. Phase 1 of the project completion will take time of about 1 to 3.5 years time whereas for phase 2, it will be completed in 2 to 4 years time.
