Mumbai real estate witnesses new partnership
Mumbai has witnessed a new joint partnership – Godrej with Ratnaraj Blesing Milestone to redevelop the Kamgar Swa Sadan Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. in central Mumbai which is situated at Mahadeo Palav Marg, Currey Road.
Godrej Projects Development Pvt Ltd will be playing the role of a development manager and will also take care of the project conceptualization, design, marketing and sales.
The project has a stock of 1,20,000 sq ft of saleble area. It has a plan of developing two, three and four bedroom apartments. This partnership will uplift the Mumbai real estate sector.
As per the agreement, Ratnaraj Blessing Milestone will be paying the development management fee to Godrej Properties. Ratnaraj Blessing Milestone being a developer, will bear the cost for design, construction, and the development of the project. On the other hand, Godrej Properties will take care of the cost of marketing and supervision of the project, being a development manager.
Pirojsha Godrej, managing director and chief executive, has revealed that Godrej Properties has added new redevelopment project for fourth consecutive quarters in succession, in Mumbai.
