New web based tracking system launched by Cidco
The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has recently launched a web-based tracking system for all its legal cases. The legal and IT department have joined hands to introduce the new system. This new system is being described as ‘business processing re-engineering’.
It is the initiative of the MD and joint MD, with help from a well-known IT company. Each department now has been provided with separate login ID and passwords, which have been shared with the lawyers who have been representing Cidco.
There are around thousand of ongoing cases pertaining to the various departments especially land department in particular. This tracking system will help in keeping abreast the progress of all these legal cases. Even the scanned documents of all these cases along with those documents that are related to the heirs under the 12.5 percent scheme might also be uploaded in this system.
This tracking system will help in the overall formulation of the legal cases and also help in sorting these important files. However only after the proper usage of this newly built tracking system the pros and cons will come up. The development corporation however looks sorted.
