Private parties to manage city garbage collection
Garbage maintenance is a tough task for the Trichy municipal employees too! It might that there is shortage of manpower or lack of dumping land.
Therefore the Tiruchirappalli Corporation took a resolution to hand over the cleaning the garbage to the private parties.
It is a fact that till date around 50 of the sanitary supervisors have failed to manage proper cleaning system in the city.
The private parties will take the garbage cleaning drive on trial basis at Central Bus Stand and Gandhi Market area and later on same will be carried on at all the places in the city.
