Property records go online in Gurgaon

1 Comment Sub Category:Civic Issues,Gurgaon Posted On: Nov 26, 2012

gurgaon propertyGurgaon- Gurgaon is on the verge to complete its latest innovation known as the land records digitization project.

Gurgaon currently has about 100 villages with their property records being computerized, which will further link the data with the online records information system provided by the State Government.

The district administration in a recently held meeting asked the project authority to upload the land records of all five subdivisions of Gurgaon by December 1. An official stated that any individual from the mentioned subdivisions will get the computerized copy of their land papers once the land records of these subdivisions are linked to the state governments records database.

After the completion of the digitization, computer generated copies will be given importance when compared to giving out records and registration papers to the land owners. However, copies which are handwritten will be discontinued.
